Over a career spanning more than two decades, David has built and led businesses across the load bank, power systems, mission-critical, and energy sectors. Before co-founding FluxTec, he served in senior leadership roles at Axis Solar, Sunbelt Rentals, and Load Banks of America.
At Sunbelt Rentals, David first served as General Manager of Load Bank Services, where he led the integration of Load Banks of America following its acquisition and expanded the business from two locations to six regional profit centers. He was later promoted to Director of Mission Critical, with responsibility for Sunbelt’s broader power and HVAC offering serving data centers and other critical environments.
Earlier, as Vice President and Director of Business Development at Load Banks of America, David helped establish the company as a leading provider of load bank solutions across data centers, aerospace, defense, construction, utilities, and other demanding applications.
David combines entrepreneurial vision with operational discipline and a deep understanding of the environments in which mission-critical equipment must perform. His leadership approach is grounded in hands-on curiosity, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to developing solutions that address real challenges in the field.
David co-founded FluxTec to set a new standard in AI infrastructure commissioning, delivering advanced liquid cooling system testing and real-world operating conditions that help data centers meet stringent SLAs while staying ahead of a fast-moving industry.
Stuart brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of data center technology, sustainability, and enterprise sales. As SVP of AI Innovation and VP of Product Innovation and Sustainability at Stream Data Centers, he has been at the forefront of developing next-generation infrastructure solutions, from adaptive data center technologies to AI-driven product strategy, helping customers future-proof their digital infrastructure at scale. Earlier, as Director of Sales at Aligned Data Centers, Stuart helped grow one of the industry’s leading vertically integrated colocation providers. As Enterprise Account Executive at Schneider Electric, he led the digital transformation of energy management and automation across homes, buildings, data centers, and industries, working with a global presence of over 100 countries.
Stuart’s approach is rooted in an engineer’s discipline and a salesman’s instinct, a combination shaped by a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter and years spent building long-term strategic relationships with some of the world’s largest technology and enterprise organizations. He is equally comfortable on a technical whiteboard as he is in a boardroom, and has represented the industry at major forums including Ashrae TCG8, Akura Data Center World, and 7×24 Exchange.
Stuart co-founded FluxTec to bring together the technical rigor and customer-first thinking he has championed throughout his career, creating commissioning and liquid cooling solutions that help data centers meet the demands of AI workloads without compromising on reliability or sustainability.
With more than 25 years of experience across the technology and data center industries, Troy has built a career spanning enterprise infrastructure, high performance computing, colocation, and large scale AI focused deployments. Early in his career, he was part of the founding growth team at VA Linux Systems, helping support the company’s rapid expansion during one of the most notable growth periods in the technology sector. He later held roles with organizations including Oracle, Cray, and Dell Technologies, gaining experience across servers, storage, networking, enterprise infrastructure, and mission critical environments.
Troy is passionate about helping customers navigate the evolving demands of AI infrastructure while ensuring reliability, performance, and operational readiness in mission critical environments.
